TIH Series, Teflon Inline Heaters

Point of use, rapid heat-up of DI water and process chemicals.

The TIH In-Line Series, point of use heater quickly heats up DI water and various process chemicals with a minimum amount of exposed surface area. An ultra clean environment is provided with no metal to fluid contact. Wetted surfaces are of PTFE Teflon® (heater and TFE Teflon® heating chamber). A process controller which provides accurate and consistent temperature control is also available.

Benefits

  • Compact and economical (low cost).
  • Simple to operate, easily installed.
